Ingredients

  • An appropriate amount of mugwort or mugwort powder
  • 1000 grams of flour

Preparation Method

  1. Clean the mugwort and boil it until cooked.
  2. Add the cooked mugwort (or mugwort powder) to the flour, along with yeast, and mix well.
  3. Knead into a smooth dough.
  4. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size. After it has risen, knead it again and then divide it into appropriately sized pieces.

  6. Once all are prepared, steam them until cooked.
