mugwort chrysanthemum porridge

Ingredients
- Mugwort: 10 grams if dried, 20 grams if fresh
- Chrysanthemum flowers: 5 grams
- Lily bulb: 10 grams
- Goji berries: 5 grams
- Jujube (red dates): 3 pieces
- High-quality rice: 100 grams
Preparation Method
- Clean all the ingredients separately. Blanch the mugwort to remove any bitter or pungent taste.
- Sauté the blanched mugwort, lily bulb, and jujube in a pot, then add purified water.
- Rinse the high-quality rice and add it to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add chrysanthemum and goji berries, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
