Dietary and Therapeutic Effects

Mugwort is beneficial for the spleen and stomach and aids in digestion. It is effective in treating ailments like chronic dysentery and diarrhea. Lotus seeds (lotus seed paste) are used for strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea, benefiting the kidneys, calming the mind, and are especially effective in treating chronic dysentery, weak digestion, and lack of appetite due to stomach weakness. Therefore, the combination of these two ingredients is particularly effective in treating weak stomach, chronic diarrhea, and poor digestion.
