Ingredients
- Glutinous rice: 60 grams
- Dragon bone powder (fossilized bone): 0.3 grams
- Mugwort powder: 3 grams
- E’jiao (Donkey-hide gelatin): 15 grams
Preparation Method
- Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly. Combine it with dragon bone powder and mugwort powder in a pot, and add water to cook into a porridge.
- When the porridge is nearly ready, add the E’jiao and continue cooking until it melts. Consume twice daily.
