Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide. The estimated delivery time is between 10-18 days depending on where the order was placed. You will be given a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped that you can use to track your package via the tracking link.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Holidays) before shipping. Of course, if we have some crazy marketing promotion or inventory temporarily running out, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be a little more patient my friend. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking Orders

We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped (please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped).

Order Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. To cancel an order please use the contact us form or email us at support@tcmmoxa.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled as it has been packed and shipped.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
