mugwort porridge


Ingredients

  • Dried mugwort: 10 grams (or 20 grams if fresh)
  • Japonica rice: 100 grams
  • Brown sugar: to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Boil the mugwort to make a decoction and strain to remove the solids.
  2. Cook the japonica rice and brown sugar in the mugwort decoction until it turns into a porridge.

Note

  • Not suitable for those with yin deficiency and excessive heat in the blood.
