Ginger mugwort and coix seed porridge

Ingredients
- Dried ginger: 10 grams
- Mugwort: 10 grams
- Coix seed (Job’s tears): 30 grams
Preparation Method
- Boil dried ginger and mugwort in water to extract their juice.
- Cook the coix seed into a porridge until it is about 80% done. Then add the extracted juice and continue cooking until the porridge is fully cooked.
