mugwort mousse
Ingredients:
- 10g Artemisia powder
- 2 slices of 6-inch sponge cake
- 50g sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 250g whipping cream
- 240g milk
Instructions:
- Mix Artemisia powder with granulated sugar evenly.
- Slightly heat the milk and gradually add the mixture of Artemisia powder and sugar while stirring continuously. Mix well.
- Add the softened gelatin sheets and mix thoroughly.
- Place one slice of sponge cake at the bottom of the mousse ring, pour in half of the mousse mixture, and refrigerate for a while.
- Whip the fresh cream until it reaches a soft peak. Pour half of it into the mousse ring, place another slice of cake on top, then pour in the remaining cream. Smooth the top and refrigerate overnight until set.
- After removing the mold, decorate according to your preference.
